Types of Payments Taken
We currently take checks; (personal and business), money orders and travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
Card, and PayPal.
*Please note, if paying by personal or business check, you must allow an additional two weeks on top of
normal shipping time for your check to clear.
Order Form 
Please fill out the order form completely. If you do not have a customer number already from us, we will assign
one to you with your first order after approval. Check your order and be sure to include all of the items you wish
to purchase. We will process your order as received, and any additions will be handled as a separate order.
IMPORTANT: if you are paying by check or money order, you MUST PRINT out the Order Form, Complete it and
Mail it in with your payment.

Special Shipping Requests
For shipping other than UPS or DSL Ground such as Overnight (standard/priority),

Sales Tax
California customers must include 8.25% sales tax on all merchandise.
Tax exempt customers must submit an exemption certificate at the time the order is placed.

There will be a $20.00 service charge on your account for any returned
checks for insufficient funds. The account balance will need to be paid by Money Order or Credit Card. Your account
will be charged the full invoice amount upon receipt of order.
A $5.00 service charge, in addition to the freight cost, will be incurred for all drop shipments.
Delivery Time
Stock shoes can be sent out the next business day after order.
Special orders may take 5 - 6 weeks. Overnight and express is available at additional costs.

make every effort possible to get them to you sooner than you expect.
